Just did some colors with markers. I don’t remember last time I did some full marker drawing, and I almost forgot how fun it is. Anyway.. I was going to show step by step with my Batman sketch, but I guess this is almost one step by step thing. I still want to finish the Batman one, just don’t know when…
CD cover I am working on for a Punk Rock band in Brazil called “Persona Non Grata”. Still on pencils stage, and there is a lot of details to be done, however, that’s the beauty of ink your own work, I’ll add the details on the ink stage. I’ll show as soon as get it done… I’m running a little bit late already…

A quicksketch for a friend yearbook.
I always wanted to make a step by step, from the first sketches to the final piece. This way I can show around how I work PLUS I can see all the stages and hopefully it’ll help me improve in each one of them. So I chose this quick sketch of Batman I just finished. That was the first step, trying to get the pose, and the basic shape of it. Now I’ll go and check if the anatomy is not too far off and the proportions are consistent. I’ll show that on the next step.
Also, I started the “click to enlarge” because this blog is not quite good to show horizontal images that are bigger than 450px, I decided to make that extra click, so you can see it a little better.
